Tammy C. Gray

President

Tammy holds the corporate officer position of president. She is a 1978 graduate of Southampton High School. Tammy has instilled core values into the company from its conception.  Her hard work and dedication helped to make this company what it is today.

Mitchell T. Gray

Vice President/Founder

Mitchell, or as everyone else likes to call him, "Mickey", is the Vice President and a second generation heavy equipment operator. Mickey has over 40 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and knowledge.

Mitchell B. Gray

Vice President/Project Manager

Brandon is the eldest son and holds the corporate position of Vice President. Brandon has been with the company since 2003 and continues an active role as a project manager.

Alex J. Gray

Treasurer/Senior Estimator

Alex is the youngest son and holds the corporate position of treasurer. Alex has an Associates Degree and has been with the company since its establishment in 2003. Alex handles estimating jobs and meeting with potential clients. However, he does operate heavy equipment whenever necessary. Alex is also a third generation heavy equipment operator and owes a lot to his father (Mickey) and Grandfather (B.C. Gray) for his ability and knowledge.
